Project 7 – A Cat Haven

We were able to pick up this house at a great price due to it being a deceased estate, and an earlier offer had fallen over.

The previous owner had had 8 cats living there, and the smell was offputting, to say the least!

We turned this un-inhabitable 2-bedroom timber framed cottage into a cute 3-bedroom home by re-instating walls, polishing the original jarrah floorboards and installing a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

The addition of greenery in the backyard added to the appeal of this character cottage in a budget suburb, and it was sold before the first home open!
